How do I sign up for an account?

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You do not have to set up an account to place an order on our site. However, becoming part of our community and setting up an account will give you the benefit of:

  • Receiving exclusive offers.
  • Add items to your wishlist.
  • Save your shipping information for next purchases.
  • Receive exclusive information regarding upcoming drops.
Can you send me a sticker?

Each order comes with a couple of our logo stickers. If you have not placed an order, but would like some stickers, please send us $5.00 cash in a self-address stamped envelope to our Return Address and we will send you random stickers.

What time do you usually update your online shop?

Our online shop is usually updated at 11:00am of the day the drop is announced on our online page and/or our official social media platforms.

When are particular items released?

Most of our items do not have a set release dates honestly. For all of our shock drops, release dates, “collabs” and discounts, please subscribe to EU.PHO.RI.A’s newsletter.

What currency do you accept?

We accept USD (U.S. Dollar).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and/or Credit Cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover.

What is a CVV/CVC Code?

When you make a payment on our site using a Credit Card we ask you to provide your CVV or CVC which means Credit Card Verification Value Code to prevent fraud and increase security. If your method of payment is Visa, Mastercard or Discover, the 3 digits are located on the back of your card. If you have an American Express the 4 digit value can be found printed on the back of your card.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

All online credit card transactions performed on this site are secured payments and we will not share nor store for record, any financial information. We take great care in ensuring your safety when shopping with us.

Do I have to pay tax?

Sales tax is mandatory on all purchases.

What is a “Pre-order”?

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-ordered items will be shipped to each customer upon the arrival of the products to the warehouse, at the date stated on our page. In pre-order purchases, the clients PayPal account or Credit Card will be debited at the moment the order is placed. The products will be shipped after the item is available in stock with standard shipping method.

What is I have a question while placing an order?

We understand some customers may have different questions while placing an order or browsing our website and we are more than happy to assist you in anything you would like to know. Should you need any help, please contact our email and/or message us on our social media platforms.

Do you offer Discount / Promo Codes?

We randomly offer Discount and Promo Codes during different periods of the year. We announce everything either by email or our social media platforms. You can apply your discount code from your shopping cart. Codes will not be honored past the advertised expiration date. Codes are only valid on products “as advertised”. We reserve the right to not honor any information regarding discount and / or promo codes not distributed through our own official advertisement.

Do you make price adjustments?

Prices are as presented on our site. However, if you purchased an item and you realize a promo started on our website within a 24 hour period, you can contact us to receive the benefit of the promotion at sales@euphoria.com ONLY IF the items are included in the promotion.

Do you re-stock items of your drops?

Once in a while, we re-stock some items. Subscribe to our newsletter to find out which ones!

I’ve added an item an item to my cart, but somehow it is all of a sudden “sold-out”?

Our products are served on a “first come, first served basis”. The first person to complete his or her checkout will have the benefit of the sale

Can you send me a sticker?

Can I order an item that is “Sold Out”?

Products listed as “sold out” are no longer available for sale. You can subscribe to our e-mail list to receive product release updates.

Why did my order get canceled?

This is a rare occurrence, but it may happen when the item(s) you purchased were no longer available when you made your order. Our system will proceed and cancel your order and refund you on the totality of the order. Refunds depend on the bank processing time. Feel free to contact us at help@euphoria.com.

I have received the wrong size, what can I do?

First of all, apologies in advance for the inconvenience. Please contact us at help@euphoria.com and we will do our best to fix the issue in the shortest time possible.

Items are missing from my order, what can I do?

First of all, apologies in advance for the inconvenience. It may happen when the items you purchased were no longer available when you made your order. Our system will proceed and cancel your order. Refunds depend on the bank processing time. Feel free to contact us at help@euphoria.com if you have not received an email or refund for the missing item.

Can I change the shipping address after the order has been placed?

If you have made a mistake with your shipping details please contact our Customer Service team IMMEDIATELY via email help@euphoria.com.

Additional Shipping information:

All order are packed and shipped with a tracking number within 2-3 days of placing the initial order. Free local shipping on purchases over $75. Free U.S. shipping on select items over $100. Free shipping will not apply to special collaborations and special promotional releases.

What measures are you taking during the pandemic?

In accordance with public social distancing recommendations, all employees capable of working remotely are doing so. When processing orders, we are being diligent with cleaning and sterilization procedures to further reduce any risks. Our customer service team is working hard to provide you with the same level of customer service despite these new obstacles.
